Situation:
Naval Battle Russia versus UK
Me(Russia) have 20 Heavy Cruisers and UK about 70 most wooden warships. The battle efficency of my ships is 44% and they have 80+%... thats ok. But then another 40 CAs of mine join the battle and my efficency droped to 6%... UK also lost some points but still above 60%.
In another game with germany this also happens. Everytime I brought together tons of ships the efficency dropped into the cellar.

Each of my fleets have 20 ships with Admiral. Russia is leading in Naval Tech. Once I saw 100 of my CAs fought 6 Clipper... again 6 % on my side.
I don´t know is this a bug or wad? And when wad how can I evade it?

It's mostly WAD. You get a 2% per ship penalty (I think) to reflect difficulty of co-ordinating mega fleets. That explains your 6% rating (which I believe is the minimum).

The opposing forces (usually UK) do seem to have higher efficiencies. I'm not sure why but I think fighting them in their home waters and having named admirals helps alot.

Thanks for quick answer. That sounds a little unfair  I saw the Brits(French and US too) with 200+ ships and still high efficencys(40+). Only thing me can do is flee even I have DNs and they only Monitors.. because the battle will last for months. :(

Hmmm I will test with diffrent named admirals and smaller "sub"fleets of 10 ships. Maybe mix classes
