I guess this question is more for Paradox than it is for readers. But I'm posting it here since the answer might help someone else in the same situation as me...

Last night I went into the scenerio file and changed the 1936 Soviet file around. When I tried starting a new game it failed to launch..... Stupid me did not copy and save the origanal file like I should have. I'm not sure what i did to mess it up but all I know is that 1936 scenrio for Soviets is now corrupt. I've tried doing a system restore to no avail. My next step is to un/reinstalll the game. (and yes, I did let the disk do a driver reinstall for the game.. did not work) My issue with uninstalling the game is that I unknowingly threw away the disk sleave that had the CD key on it last week.

Since I do not have the CD key and this already looks suspicious to some of you I'm sure. Can someone send me a copy of their 1936 Soviets Scenerio file?

Thanks for your help in this matter, :)
