Need a new serial code for EU3

I don't know who to contact exactly so I'm posting it here. I own eu3 box version and bought all the expansions off gamersgate and registered them as you can see. When I first got eu3, I accidentally tore the license key on the back of the manual as I opened it. I can't read it now so I can't access the beta patches for HTTT. Is there anyway PDOX could give me another serial code please?
