I am playing in a CORE MP game that has been underway for a few years. The problem is that several nations (France, SU) started off as AI controlled and we've now found human subs. This means the now human controlled nations have the tech tree - AI only benefits. Can someone tell me what would need to be edited in the save game to fix this?

Sorry for the short notice...game time is in 3 hours! Thanks in advance for any help.
