Hello everyone I would like to make a mod to add on the steam workshop mods so its available to all but I have no idea how to proceed.

What I would like is a mod that disable certain technologies for A.I.

Here is the tech I would like to disable for A.I only :

Orbital Habitats

Xeno-Compatibility

Gene Tailoring

Terrestrial Sculpting
