need help on pol-lith

hey, im playing the IGC as poland-lith
Ive taken two provinces from hans league
three provinces from bohemia
it is now 1507, have i screwed up, what steps should i take to strengthen my economy, infrastructure, etc
who should i declare war on next, and when?
where should i expand, also, thx for your help

First, how have you screwed up?

But some general hints: send traders, but try not to gain monopolies, 5 in CoT will be enough. Promote tax collectors, in your richest provinces firts. Also, try to make Russia weak early, so you don't have much trouble later.
