Me and my two friends are playing Stellaris together with the same mods, even through we have the same mods all 3 of us have different yellow codes. All three of us have tried deleting those 3 folders and relaunching the game but it doesn't help. also I keep getting (Link it wont let me post )and reinstalling the launcher hasn't changed it. We have managed to play Stellaris with these same mods together before. anyone have any idea?

In regard to your mod issue, you'll want to Unsub from your mods first before deleting the folders, as just deleting the folder won't really do much

I would also recommend you all make sure that, A) The mods are up to date and work on the latest patch [unless a mod is specifically designed to work on any patch, ex: Universal Resource Patch 2.4 will work even on patch 3.3+]

And that, B) You all have the mods in the same load order via the Paradox Launcher

outside that for the launcher update issue, that is more complicated as that can be cause by a few things and I don't know what those all are to even attempt to guide you on fixing that

All of you disable all mods and test MP then. If it works, then all enable ONE mod and test MP. If still okay, enable one more, test ... etc. That way you can quickly tell which is the problem mod.

If however you cannot play MP when no mods are enabled, at least one of you has a bad game installation. Anyone who does NOT see exactly 3.3.4 (67b9) in the main game menu and MP lobby (NOT in the launcher) needs to do a clean reinstall:

- move any valued save games elsewhere, and user_empire_designs.txt from /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/ if you have made any custom empires or races.
- "uninstall" in Steam-Stellaris
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/Stellaris AND Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add stellaris.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
- start the game with no mods active and test

best bet in that case is all of you create a new playset, and add on a few mods to that playset [in the same load order] and launch the game to see if you all have the same codes

if so, continue repeating this process until you don't
once the codes change [for you, since you seem to be the only one with the problem]
take off the mods you just added on, and then one at a time, readd them to the playset, launch the game and see what happens
keep this up until the code is no longer the same for all 3 of you, at which point keep the last mod that caused the problem off all 3 lists
add in any more mods you might have left to see if the code remains the same or changes again, if it changes again, you'll need to repeat some of the above steps until the next mod problem is found

We have the same no mod code, but different codes with the mods we want to play with, also i still have the error message in the launcher
Did you check you are okay with NO mods enabled, as I described? This is important.
