Need help with Minister File

Hi all but I need some help, you see I was trying to get the file to work but I just can't seem to get it to work. Can you show me what is wrong with this file?

You placed two semicolons instead of one between loyalty and the "x".

I have done what you have said but nothing changed except it gave me an corrupt file error which is the minister file. Do I need to start again?
