Hey guys

I installed DaveVespa's NTM 1.1 in my HOI2 .

At first everything worked fine.. and I started in 1930 and began to play... somewhere along the line something happened and it crashed...

That was no big deal

My problem is that I thought I could get a little creative, and I went in and changed teh global startdate in the 1936.eug file to 1926... to give myself some more time

This worked... the only problem was there were no ministers or generals because they were made to come in in 1930 wih the original mod

SO i changed a number of the ministers and generals begin dates to 1926

The game crashed again after playing fine for a while... I decided just to reinstall the original mod and go from 1930

Problem is.. when I try to open the 1936.eug file now.. and change the startdate to 1930... when I click save.. it asks me what and where I'd like to save it.

And when I select the scenario folder, it says something like can't save access denied for 1936.eug

The weird thing is if I go to the 1938.eug file and change its start date to 1930 I can hit save... and it doesnt ask me to specify where to save the file, and thus there is no problem

can anyone help?

Read my other thread Im going to try to reinstall it.

Now my question is.. Where did I go wrong in the first place?

Was it when I set the game to start in 1926? (so i could beef up german industry_)

Was it when I went into the ministers and leaders database and changed the 2 digit year behind their names (im guessing thats their available date) to 26?

Can that be done with the NTM ?
