Anyway I can edit the game so I never get rebels popping up? Looking to play a nice relaxing game as Prussia and conquer europe without any rebs.
 
Don't know, but what you can do is write an event that lowers militancy by -9 or something and trigger it manually whenever you want.
 
Won't there still be nationalist rebels in conquered provinces, though? I get those in 0% revolt risk provinces from time to time, even in cases in which the pops are 3 or less MIL.

The norevolts cheat doesn't work as far as I know, btw.

There would still be nationalism, yes.
 
I believe nationalism dies down the longer you hold the territory so 30 years or so after conquering a territory there is no longer any nationalistic rebels.

Isn't it 10 years? I have Victoria Revolutions 2.01 and it always goes away after 10 years. But you can cheat to lessen the amount of rebels popping up, make an event that lessens militancy, consciousness by -10, I'm sure that will have an effect.

I was thinking it was 10 years, too; but I'm not having any luck tracking down an official source for that mind-niggling nibbit.:)
