Interesting... I didn't check south or north Yemen on FOTW, only Yemen... so how do you know that Aden used this flag, but with different colours? It says so somewhere in the text?
I dunno, not really my area and I didn't do the research for Aden in GUFSM. You should ask MKJ or Tuna, they sure know.
I can't seem to find that Inca sun no a blue background anywhere... I have found a gay-ish coloured flag, described as a modern day Inca flag, on several sites - but no signs of the one used in EUII... BJ to the resque again?

All the new tags will have the religion of the province their capital will be in when they revolt - unless they have a specific religion set in revolt.txt.
If you want to use them from the start, you'll have to define the relgion in the nation's scenario file.

Either Brienne (first EU) or hopefully Acciajoli.
Acciajoli can be found here, but tongue and teeth/claws should be red.

I'm talking about the one that is used as a flag (not shield) in EUII atm.
This is the one you want, Brienne used the same arms but blue instead of red.
The Acciajuoli arms would be the most appropiate.
