CIA? i'd say that is more the turf of henry kissenger

Henry Kissinger doesn't have an agenda all his own? His agenda has the best interests of the United States in mind? Henry Kissinger is above manipulating intelligence organizations for what he personally perceives to be the greater good?

Kissinger works for Bilderberg, he always has, he is a pillar of the institution. He doesn't work for the US; the US best interests are not linked to Kissinger's list of priorities.

We allied Pakistan over india as part of the befriending china during cold war
US allied with Pakistan already in the 1950s. With Nehru's India playing with socialism US saw Pakistan and their military strongmen as bulwarks against communism. It was because the US and China already had a common friend in Pakistan that they could act as a go-between for the two.

US and Pakistan had a common interest in stopping Soviet expansionism in Central Asia
