netbook game resolution problem

I found the thread from December about the 1024x600 netbook resolution problem but the link to a possible soluition posted by Coreymoas 12/16 does can not be found: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/...d.php?t=362890. I was hoping to check out the link. I tried pegaus hexa wizard, but had no luck but plan to try again. Is there anyway to repost that solution?

I forgot to ad Doomsday vanilla or patched to 1.3a still get fatal error: could not initialize video.
