Besides the game does not treat them "the same" as you say. For instance ships can only travel in Sea Zones. It amazes me that you apparently thought ships could travel on land  .

Thus you can see that yet again make the same error of generalisation. The previous one was when you first misquoted me and then attacked me on what you claimed I had said when in fact I had not said it - see post 16 in this thread. That error you then compounded by not apologising when you were informed of your error, indeed you did not even have the courage to admit it. That you then, when I explicitly asked for an aoplogy, again declined to make it nor admitting it, proves to me that you are not the type of person to discuss with.

Ironic Observation: Notice how the first paragraph contains a grotesque straw man distortion while the second contains a complaint of misquotation.

Conclusion: Daniel should, by his own logic, apologize to Tralkor.

Amusing Extrapolation: If I ask Daniel to apologize to Tralkor and he declines to make it or admit it, this PROVES that he is not the type of person to discuss with.

Indeed, some maps I have seen have three or four seazones for all of France, of them oneis in the Med. As blocking ports of France severely reduce trade income it should also be hard to do it, not to mention the blockade of a fleet.

Well, there is a limit in the number of provinces (and if I am not mistaken, there is a limit for quadrant so to speak, not only a limit for total number). So, in order to get more land provinces in Europe you need to start erasing some other zones. And sea zones had been the ones that people had erased.
