To annex diplomaticly a vassalised nation it's necessary for them to share the same religion, thought in the necessary conditions it's not stated.
This caused me to vassalize Golden Horde, as a peace resolution, as Ottoman Empire, but wasn't never able to annex it diplomaticly. Only after that i asked someone why i couldn't annex it.
BTW : Aren't there any historical situation when nations annex others even without sharing the same religion.
Shouldn't this be ignored after the event that disables the Counter Reform effects?
