Nah, haven't been visiting the forums here for awhile, not good news.

Oh yes, brewery is mandatory. Also, not sure how feasible it is, but it would be pretty extra cool if they had a special ability to build cities in a layer underground from the surface layer. Comeon Para, to heck with whatever lore is going on here, give us some burrowing dorfs! (Anyone here play Dwarf Fortress? hehehe) And extra points if you can build giant underground tunnel networks and tunnel up for a "sneak attack" into enemy territory.

But it's concerning. The more time that passes, the less likely it is. I wish they'd try a pre-order system (with a higher than usual price if needed) to try and fund it, if that's the issue. Dorfs don't get any respect, see! :p

Tied up resources is quite possible actually. Hopefully that'll change soon. I was hoping for a Master of Magic sequel (in spirit) and I think this game goes beyond a sequel with even more innovations.

you miss the "no new content in the foreseeable future" announcement? bugfixes is the only thing paradox is willing to fund atm

Did you see this?

The game is not dead in any way. All I said was that there is no new content being pushed out in the near future. The game now is what we wanted it to be. We are continuing to work with Warlock (and we think it is a very good game). But as nothing is near done at this point, we can't talk about it. Stay tuned for news in the future!

Man, I hope not. Few things irritate me more than a company ditching a game that needs more work to make its sequel.
The AI could use a boost, but generally the game doesn't need more work. More work would be appreciated, though.

Might be doing Majesty 3 to have the Great Kings come back to Ardania in a mix of Majesty style and Warlock style.
