New Faiths always shows the Full Tolerance Special Doctries.

Description​

When creating new Christian Faiths, it always shows Full Tolerance under Special Doctrines that treat all other faiths as Righteous.

Steps to reproduce​

Open the Faith Tab, (Orthodoxy in the save), Create a new Christian faith, select Rite in Tenets, and click Confirm.
