Since Victoria Revolutions has 80 new user defined country tags I was thinking about adding some Chinese countries to the game so I made new flags for all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and special administrative regions of China. My flags are just based on Paradox idea: black Chinese letter in the middle of flag. Every province has different colour.
Provinces like Hong Kong, Inner Mongolia or Macau has modern flags.

I was bored last few days so I've started to play with colorscales.csv and it is my result:

I've changed that sad color of water and addsome new colors for countries, i.e. violet and darker green. If some one is interested (it works with VIP:R - British India has my violet color :D ) you can download it here:

instalation: place file in map folder in your Victoria directory (backup original colorscales.csv file first).
