What if paradox made a game combining Europa Universails IV, Hearts of Irons III, Victoria II, a mod for EUIV, and all the expansion pacts into one game
I would buy that, but it's highly unlikely that it would happen.

I'd buy that... but only if they processed it into Paradox In Space! The First Paradox 4x Space Game and it's *Steampunk!

*not a real big fan of the steampunk genre, but having a space 4x game, by Paradox, that was also steampunk would at least put some limits on the whole "that's not historically accurate!" and such kerfuffles that spring up on the forums.

ive been thinking of it having some new details like going into space and having natural disasters.

apart from having no detail, it would be horribly sandboxed and with probably 1.2k years to play, you'd conquer the world long before that happens.

they should however mix stuff more often, for example, eu4 has by far the best diplomacy system, they should use (parts of) it in the other games.
in victoria 2 they have a very good economic system as well as political stuff and managing population.
in hoi3 they have a lot of different parties, minister types and reforms, but they are completely useless and out of place there sadly.
in hoi3 they have probably the best war system too.
in ck2 they got the best militia/mobilization system.
in ck2 they (ofcourse) got the best monarchy simulator, with royal marriages making sense.

so each game has its good points, which should be carried over to other games IMO

I think the major point of the game would be to combine all those features. Then you would be able to choose a later start date if you wished.

What if? They'd go bankrupt and the game would suck. Different time periods demand different sets of mechanics.

Yeah. I assumed that going into space would be part of a space 4x game. But, I'm not a dev or a code writer so I could well be wrong. As to natural *disasters, I assume a player finding out his fleet of space faring steam ships pulling a Titanic with a comet would cause some unrest, eh?

*why is that word spelled like that? does anyone really pronounce it di-saster? No! It's either duh-saster or deh-saster.

What culture are you? As a Southerner, I mostly hear it pronounced "di-zah-stir."

I am a New Zealander, and I usually hear it dis-zah-ster. But I've heard all of them.
