New Holding Spontaneously Added to Domain

Description​

I loaded my game file, playing as Henry II of England, and found that I suddenly went from 7 to 8 holdings. The eighth, new holding is Khanjargalant, which is now de jure part of the Duchy of Essex. Khanjargalant is on the other side of the map, in Central Asia. It should not be part of Essex, and should not be my holding.

Steps to reproduce​

I loaded an 11.13.0.1 save file while updated to 1.16.2.3.
