Didn't see this here, sorry I started another thread (it was moved my mods from Main forum). Anyways, here's the other advice I had, as I expect this thread will get more of the attention.
Having trouble unsubscribing Traffic++?
Traffic++ is not currently compatible with the Update, and the author is missing.
Here's a direct link to the mod's Steam Page! You can also delete Traffic++ from your Steam Workshop folder; it is mod# 409184143.
Have too many assets and don't want to unsub them ALL?
Use
ModsList. It will let you disable all your mods and assets while still loading up as normal, with or without DLC, and then let you enable them a few at a time. Unlike -noWorkshop....
Once you've subbed the mod, it will download. Copy it from your Workshop directory to your local directory for Mods (it is mod# 588691634). Then open your game with the -noWorkshop launch option. This will start up CS without any mods or assets, except for those located in your local folder - which now includes ModsList. This will allow ModsList to create a settings file, and allow you to create a savefile where everything is disabled. Make sure you select the "If not listed, disable" option, and save your list, so that it will be applied on restart.
Then restart your game without the -noWorkshop option. ModsList will load up with the selected save profile, and should automatically disable everything else. Now you can re-enable assets and mods selectively - and quickly if you use Enhanced Asset Panel - and save a profile each time it works.
