Unzip to "...\Europa Universalis 2\Db\Leaders" folder. Backup the original RandomLeaders.csv file. I did not test this.
To get this to fully work, you will need to define random leaders in country.csv for BRA, KOL, CRO, GEL, RAG, and WUR.
Hundred of new names added for many countries:
BAVARIA, BRABANT, BRANDENBURG, BYZANTINE EMPIRE, CAMBODIA, COLOGNE, CROATIA, DENMARK, EIRE, ENGLAND, FLANDERS, FRANCE, FRIESLAND, GELRE, HANNOVER, HOLLAND, PRUSSIA, RAGUSA, SCOTLAND, SPAIN, OTTOMAN EMPIRE, & WIRTEMBURG.
