But there is a small problem. Im now in Czech Republic and my wirless internet dont have outgoing IP adress.

It's a bit unbalanced, there're many countries making it impossible to expand without taking very high bad boy. It's risky too, because many people don't care about bad boy points darn, it's too long and quite sometimes. 1492's got strong countries ready to shoot and a pretty nice setup for long term purposes and human interaction. Indeed 1419 is funnier, but few manages to reach 1820.
