I can't promise to be of much help. I have my own mod to work on although it is close to an initial release, take that for what you will I always seem to be close to a release :( .

Anyhow I know practically nothing about WA, I couldn't even tell you who their Premier is at the moment. I'm Tasmanian, not West Australian. It's just that stuff like that and the New Guard (Australian 30's Far right movement) interests me.
 
I just had to post and say that I played this mod for a good long while last night and I LOVE all the changes you've made, Daboo.

I'm dead serious, I want to help out any way I can in the future releases or if you wanna do new icons/graphics whatever.

The new flags and graphics you've started with are pretty damned awesome already though, especially the fresh, bright new flags. I love 'em! :D

Any thoughts on any of the nations I had in my thread? I'd love to see a USSA (United Socialist/Soviet States of America)around the great lakes or the Rocky Mountain States. Deseret would also be a nifty unlockable!

I have a good improvement suggestion. For Russia (RUS, not UER) perhaps you should actually remove some "dead" people from the minister list and replace them. These include

Alexander Kolchak (died 1920)
Lavrentij Kornilov (died 1918)
Petr Vrangel (Wrangel, actually) (died 1928)

Also, for Georgia, perhaps you should have kept vanilla flag, it seems more likely to be used in 30s-40s, although your (modern) flag might better suit Armageddon scenario.
As for Crimea, I suggest either

This is a good point. Actually I created East Prussia, I'm planning to implement whole Prussia. Is on my Things to do list.

Changed. Your suggested flag for Crimea will be included on the next version of the Mod.
Also the Russian ministers won't be available anymore.

I would say than Kashmir is important, the others would be 1 provinces states.
