On the other hand, the latest version of the Mod (which includes Formosa) is already available for download at modnn.com . As you could see, I used the historical Formosa flag

Zhdanov should be in charge of a socialist St Petersburg. Dunno how that'd happen in the game but I've always felt that he should be a minister in HOI2...

I've sent you yet another New Afrikan update. I've added 18 new Army leaders, mostly Spanish civil war vets, and 15 new Naval leaders. I've found pictures for all of them. Plus I added 10 new ministers. All that will really be left is some paternal autocrat ministers, which I'll look into shortly. Next up on the agenda will be ministers for Ceyleon/ Sri Lanka.
