a question

To try the liberation of europe while i was Playing a 1944 scenario with urss (i've only edited the alliances, putting soviet union and mongolia in komintern ) i've seen that when Yugoslavia free itself the government is paternal autocrat, can you say to me where i must work to bring tito at power when yugoslavia is free?

There are several ways to have Yugoslavia liberated in the NOEP...

1) First : liberation by the inner resistance : file new_order_liberation.txt, events 14447 and following.

This one is the historical uprising of Tito's partisans. It's normally the first one to trigger in-game because the conditions are less restrictive than for the "standard" liberation.

The right place to add all the "minister" commands is event ID=14450 (YUG event that adds divisions of partisans and sets the global political frame). There is even a line in the file that reads (in French) : # Ajouter les ministres et chefs d'état major qui vont bien ! Which means "add here the right ministers and chieffs of staff". Which clearly proves that I was too lazy to check the historical reality of Tito's staff myself. Please do it for me!

2) Other possibility, through the "standard" liberation of Europe events : file new_order_liberation.txt, events 14430 to 14433 and following (USA, France, UK, USSR).

I don't know for sure but I think that the liberating country will set a government corresponding to its own. If you want to code Tito's government to be the standard government for liberated Yugoslavia, you can easily add a few lines in the event ID=14442 (same file). That's an event for YUG that gives core province, but you can put the head-of-state etc. commands here.

In the precise case of the USSR, chances are that they will set a puppet government of theirs, too (90% chance, choice A in event ID=14441). The new government will then be stalinist (will that be Tito or not? I'm not sure).

(Note : it seemed a logical outcome to me, because if this "standard liberation" event triggers, it means that Tito's uprising probably already took place and was crushed.)

Besides that , could you find a way to fix the conflicting country tags with flanders ?

o I am super slack on the AAR front.
I think easiest fix for flanders is just to change its tag number from U03 in NOEP files to U19 for use in CORE i havnt checked yet,but i think its free.

Beware of the colonial liberation events (in case you use that NOEP file, too) : it contains lots of country tags Uxx.

But well, if you found a way to make the new_order_liberation.txt file work with Core, that's really great... That's my boy!

I am still testing new_order_liberation.txt with core will let you know results!
Question..other than U03 flanders in the NOEP mod i could find no use of any other U0? tags?
Which file contains the colonial liberation events?
CORE does not use U19 so i suggest to people to use U19 in core for flanders instead of U03 in NOEP which conflicts as it reprents inner mongolia in CORE.So i suggest for testing/intergrating NOEP with core people change NOEP files with U03 in them to U19.

Dr Rare: You're right, my bad: the colonial liberation (file new_order_independence.txt) do not use U0x tags (there are built-in tags for ex-colonies, like ALG, TUN, BUR etc.)

So I suppose that the U03 tag is the only one used by the NOEP... in fact, I pretty much remember it now : it was one of the few not-stand-alone features. Good work for pointing that out !
