GDE rises to .8 1st June 1942 regardless. Dont pin your hopes on that.

You will find GDE does not rise to .8 if the USSR is at peace until 1944 to prevent the USSR using is manpower and conqering the world early.

If at war GDE increases are tied to certain provinces falling then events will fire and the GDE increases.

This is provided that the USSR is not the agressor, there by fixing soviet GDE at .7 for the entire game.

Its your funeral it makes little difference to me in any event as im fully prepared for war only waiting from some good weather.

Axis victories on all fronts.

Situation report April 1942.

Massive German air raids were held over southern UK for a few months to demonstrate to the Allied powers just what the luftwaffe is capable of and that no we had not gone away with the growing threat in the east.

UK road and rail lines, AA and factories were reduced to smoldering ashes with at one point UK IC dropping to 70 which must have had a disastrous affect on there production builds and supply issues around the world.

The situation in North West Africa had to be dealt with. After the gree US forces landed in north africa Rommel was dispatched with a newly formed Korps of Mechisied divisions to spearhead the counter attack. The Luftwaffe provided large airsupport and knowing allied planes would be low on org at there new airbase it was bombed and there forces engaged to render them ineffective. Large scale bombing of the US armies took place leaving them unable to make any offensive operations.

Rommel soon launched his daring offensive to drive the allies to the sea and encircle and destroy as many divisions as possible. The early battles were easily won with the mech brushing aside US armoured forces....fools did they realy think they could stand up to German Mech Divisions. German forces raced south of cascablanca on blitz moves to try and out run as many units as possible. Due to there being some 15 or so infantry divisions present in the allied ranks mostly moutains, marines and I did spot one or two paratroopers (interesting). It was hoped most of these forces could be destroyed.

The allies could no do anything to stop the rampaging mech, and many allied divisions were destroyed. German intel estimates from forces it saw on the islands of the coast and the orginginal size of the invasion force that some 10-15 Allied divisions were destroyed.

Rommel has one word for the Canadians in east africa, your next. Your patheticaly week motories troops will be easy pickings.

Reports from Asia indicate that Japan has succesully taken over Persia. Launched succesful operations against Sri lanka destroying 11 Allied divisions and sinking an entire Australian fleet of some 15 ships sent to evac them.

Further south a japanese landing on Diego Garcia was a bloody affair but a further 6 US divisions and 3 Australian divisions surrendered to Japanese forces. A entire South Africa fleet was destroyed trying to bring in more forces or evac the defenders, another 10 or so ships sunk.

This is when the US Main CV fleet showed up. A large battle took place between an old jap CV fleet and the powerful new US fleet. Some 10 lvl V CVs vs 3 old Jap lvl III and 3 more lvl IVs. At the insistance of the German attache in Diego Garcia there as a observer he urged the Japanese to withdraw from the naval battle and let the airpower do the damage. The Japanese commanders agreed and with only an old CL sunk there were no losses. What proceeded was the decimation of the mighty US fleet to such an extent the US is in a desperate situation. This was the US battle of midway except in reverse this time. With large Japanese airpower based out of newly captured airfields on diego garcia the US fleet came under intense bombardment. The German attache warned only send in your old CV fleet and keep your main fleet of modern CVs back as a reserve, you do not want to lose those ships and leave Japan open to invasion. Japanese high command argreed and engaged the US fleet although Japan did lose 3 lvl III CVs in the battle two lvl V CVs were sunk and the fleet delayed and kept under intense air bombardment.

By the end of these series of battles the US fleet had been decimated down from some 28-30 ships to 16 or 17 losing 6 lvl V CVs in th process and 4 or 5 support ships. Combine this with an entire Australian fleet and south african fleet they may have been carrying large numbers of troops sunk and you have an allied disaster in the pacfic on a massive scale.

The allies for some reason did not have airpower defending in this region, which could have prevent these invasions and inflicted large losses on Japan. But the typical gunny attitude of commiting large forces and fighting over worth less desert in ethipia were the Italian army holted the allies cold despite there large air commitment. One wonders what is going through the minds of the Allied commanders to leave the pacific so weakly defended to allow such disasters to befall them.

With US losses in West Africa and the punishing blows the UK indsutry took it was a terrible session for the allies.

It really did remind me of the worst days gunny suffered under our attacks. In fact I think you guys may have just trumped gunny and done worse in one session then he ever did.

Uncle Stalin awaits your oh nazi Dictator. Could be the first game ever where the Russia player has to DOW the chicken Germany player.

Gloat in your victories against the poor UK. Victories which mean nothing towards victory on the Russian front. Much IC wasted on a fortress Atlantic and planes will be useless against Russian tanks and Infantry. Delayed plans for Barborassa are the sacrifice they have made and ensured a future Russian victory on the Eastern front!!

You unsuccessful strategy still leaves the UK undefeated.

lol. Your turn is comming very very soon Stalin and like the rest befor you, you will be on your knees as always.

Every bit of damage we do know makes the Allies weaker while were in Russia. The loss of 30+ divisions nearly 3 entire fleets and the near complete destruction of UK IC for a number of months was a massive victory for the Axis. Could not have hoped for a better result in a mere few months. The allied losses that session will take them a year to recover from, and where not done with them yet. Candians on the chopping blocks next.

Planes useless against tanks, hey. Well not my experience, Ive got one bomber for every one of your tanks from what Italy passed to me from its spy it got into the USSR, something like 82 tanks 460 odd infantry. First of all I outnumber you in armoured forces thats right 82 still dosnt cut it pal, plus italies own armour and mech on top of that, plus the massive air support I will have which will pound on your tanks without mercy. You have advanatage in infantry but not by much with our combined forces on the eastern front now, and we both know infantry dosnt win the war. You do have an airforce dont you major......with all those forts, AA, large tanks and infantry army, you couldnt have much of one, nothing that can stop the luftwaffe anyway. If you think you can win just on the ground then you have already lost this war.

I look forward to destroying you on the battlefield.
