Do I need to install the previous patch versions first before I install the new 1.2 patch, or can I just install the new 1.2 without the previous patches?

if you're talking about the patch for arma, and i'm guessing you are, then the answer is yes.

You do not need the previous patches for Arma, only the 1.2
