We direly need a new perm for Austria, which is in good shape, albeit shaken after a terrible war against Sweden, Russia, OE and France. The country is still very strong but it´s going to need a capable diplomat to get out of it´s dangerously isolated state in the middle of europe. Action is guaranteed for any braveheart and / or smart Alleck .
