You would have to download this mod, but in my boredom of having off today I've changed Mexican, North Andean, Central American all to Spanish, kept Creole (Mixture of Spanish and black) changed Brazilian to Portuguese, and also, all political parties with a start date of 1836 or before (there were many) are now 1500, just for easy reference if needed later or if anyone wants to change the start date of the 1661 mod. Hmm, I guess that's it. Enjoy!
