New roleplay-game?

I was wondering if there were any thoughts about starting a game a lot based on role-play, similar to duty, obligation and honor? I would really like this and wish that someone could start one. I have no experience of playing multiplayer so I can't start a game and so on.

I thought the game could be played with nations like in duty, obligation and honor as well. It means no nations outside Europe, like China or Nippon. I'd ratter see more players in Europe, this would lead to more diplomacy and conflicts between human players.

Because I'm new to multiplayer I would prefer to play a smaller nation like Palatinate for exampel.

Anyone interested in this, perhaps beeing GM:s and making up rules?

I don't think it would be a good idea due to my inexperience in multiplayer and because my brother, Ican'twin, is playing in your game.

Sometimes it is easier to play a large nation than a small one. You should try out Spain. I am sure both Absolut and Bob will give you some advice. And you will learn fast.

And why not the same game as your brother? Share the same connection? If my brother played EU II, I would join the same game as him and invade him asap.
