Hello everyone,

I am new to HOI2 multiplayer and I would like to get into some practice games before I take on some real major competition.

I have a few restrictions though:

1. I am not terribly fast at clicking around, so the game needs to be played at a slow level.
2. I have never played Multiplayer, so I may have to abort when I make a major blunder.
3. I am on the east coast of the US, and I can play only in the evenings here between 7pm and 11pm.
4. I don't like sitting at the computer for more than 4 hours at a time without having a break.
5. I want some honest competition/allies to give me advice during the first few games.
6. Something kind of historical (not like France declaring war on Switzerland etc).
7. Cannot play on Fridays or Saturdays (wife is home)

Sounds like alot, but I am a family man now and I cannot devote too much time to HOI2, however I would like to at least try Multiplayer.

Anyone interested please respond.

Thanks

Corey

I'd invite you to our series, but we play Fridays.

If you're playing a few sessions on this "practice" game of yours, #2 might be an issue. You might consider playing either the US, the UK, or the SU. None of them are in much danger of being annexed, and you can afford a couple of blunders. I'd be cautious about the BEF though.

Live and learn, man.

Saturday's probably the only other regular day I'm free, but I might be able to clear something monday. 3 hour showdown with a 1.1 game I've got. Fall '39 showdown in Europe and Africa?

PM me.
