First time playing the mod, I've placed Aegon VI on the throne in the Feast for Crows scenario.

Each region is defacto independent and seems to sometimes join my wars and I have a dejure claim CB on all the independent regions of Westeros.

However, when I look back at other scenario's such as the Greyjoy rebellion, the Iron throne is United as one realm. I loaded it up and the crown-authority isnt any higher than what I have it at (medium). So can someone explain this for me?

Its also a bit irritating as there are a bunch of provinces in the vale, stormlands and Dorne that have sworn fealty to the Iron throne directly but I cant transfer their vassalage because the local rulers are 'independent'.

Also how do I go about acquiring Aegon one of Dany's dragons?

That is part of the mega-wars feature they have added into AGoT mod. It allows vassals to opt out of going to war for their liege, but has a negative penalty to opinion for those who don't join the war. Lord Paramounts have the ability to opt out from helping the Iron Throne. When the war subsides, you will see the Lord Paramount again be a vassal of the higher liege.

Only if one of Dany's dragons goes wild for some reason since you are Valyarian you can go to wherever it is nesting and confront it and try and tame it.

The war has subsided, I got that event, but all the regions still remain independent. The only anomaly is that the Iron Born conquered and still hold The Reach. If I retook the reach would all the regions become vassals of the Iron throne again?

How is it that I physically 'go' to the dragons? (theyre still in Mereen). do I need to raise ship levies, make myself the commander and sail there or is there a simpler way?

The LPs will only rejoin the Iron Throne once they are at peace as well.
