Yeah, Spain had an excellent start. Grabbing up the Aztecs and then colonizing like mad, wow, going to be an interesting game we have here. I will echo it, if Uls switches to NL, Central Europe will become very unbalanced, and Austria will emerge as ultra-powerful.

Sweden player anyone?
Venice player anyone?

I'll keep being BB for balance purposes. If we're lucky we'll be able to find more players, though.

what we need to take care off first hand is getting Lspam for spain. in all seriousmess, as we can see Mioz was god with spain. That somehow already showed the path for the destruction of france where SPain and austria are way too good. France player is no way near experienced as spain, austria, BB. I am probably the noobiest player for MP in this game. while worrying about getting some new players for some new nations this early, better keep in mind that letting pros into this game will ruin the initial purpose of it. I wish not this game becoming no difference than others where warmongers, constant war, imblance alliances and so on.
 
I would like to take over Sweden, if the GM agrees of course. I am no warmonger, and also looking for a nice game.

Should you all decide i can join, feel free to put me in any country you wish, be it Sweden, or NL or Venice.

You are aware that venice has some problems, now Spain and Austria have gotten parts of Italy already. I'd add a Sweden sooner than a Venice.

EU2 is more thinking than anything. If we throw in some good players, the game will get a lot more interesting. I say, if people don't have connection problems, let them play. I for one, say let Burning Ego play as Sweden. We have peace rules, such as 3 provinces max, and EU2 has a BB rating. I just fear that not having enough HU players will result in an unbalanced game.
 
Fnuco goes in Sweden, not Venice. Sweden is way more important, it's the only thing that keeps me (Russia) from expanding all the way to Vienna. ;)

we definitely need sweeden more than venice, put fnuco in sweeden.

and i have nothing against ego joining in.
more player run countries the better.
it would be ideal to put him in poland but if alek is so scared :D
give him venice or holland or whatever...
perhaps uls takes netherlands and ego takes over bb?
 
Trust me, EGO is not the right player for this type of game. I can't get into details because I don't want to start something that a Mod will surely put to end closing the thread.

But if you want him, fine with me, I'll just pack my bags and leave.

even if he is in say venice or bb, weak and nowhere near you?!

That hasn't worked very well for me or others in the past, I don't see it working now and here tbh.
 
Here is the final deal:

.Fruco will be in sweeden.
.We need to get LSSpam in Spain

If Alek insists not having Ego joining, then I have to respect him. He is already set in Russia. I hate seeing him quitting this game. As for the very first principle of this game, easy going, newbie, relaxing, there is no need for further drama, conflicts. Please put an end to this matter. We now have 10 nations. We can always add NL in later on.
