new wife leaving court after i've returned from an activity

Description​

my first wife died, my succession is secured, so i get me an infertile high steward skill wife to support me with some domain slots and gold... she accepts and does her job, but after i get an invitation to an activity and return from it, i get a message that she left my court because of her being married to a ruler... now, look at the screenshot, she is married to me (a king), doesn't have a family nor any relationships, is lowborn/unladed/claimless, but is at a court far away and i can't even interact with her anymore... the same thing happened also to the previous ruler, but in that case i could invite her back to my court and fill up the wife-councilor-slot, she would leave to the same court everytime i came back from an activity and i would invite her back, annoying but a workaround... but in this case i can't interact with her...

Steps to reproduce​

see description above, maybe you can first bring her back with a console command then go to an activity and see what happens...
