I have read here, that there is need to save game let it would run normaly. what are conditions when it is necessary, when must save game? in what occasions?

Whenever your primary title changes (mostly when you go up from a count to a duke, from a duke to a king), you have to reload. iirc, that's the only time you NEED to save and reload.

No, only if you as the human player inherit a title that is higher than your previous one.

The reason is the following:

The game makes a distinction between AI and human player. The AI can not go into debt, the AI does not suffer from loyality loss due to badboy and so on.

If you inherit a higher title than your current one, then the game thinks you are AI (as the higher title was formerly held by an AI) and thus you will be treated as an AI. This makes the game much too easy. This is why you need to save and reload after such an inheritance.

Besides the good things mentioned, you will also have much higher prestige prices for grabbing titles, as well as AI-only events firing and general oddities.

This is not specific to CK, but all Paradox games, though you are much more likely to change tags (titles) in CK than in EU3 or Vicky.
