Windows explorer, program files and then your Europa file. Go to scenario and save game files. Find your current game, open it, and find "badboy". Hit find next until you get to your country.

Open your saved game file with a text editor and search for the power you are playing with, and voila!
...or just place a shortcut to the folder at your desktop...
...which is easier if you have that folder to sort by time of last change, so you just click on the file in the top.
