Newbie question - saving logs

Is there any way of saving/reading the incident log (the one thats scrolling around at the bottom of the display) after the game?
I'd like to read through some of them afterwards - are they hidden somewhere in the saved game file?

I always wondered why is Paradox so reluctant to implement this feature to the patch. It seems easy and I have seen quite a few people requesting it....

Yes, with that feature I should be able to make an cut'n'paste AAR in seconds

But we have plenty of players (Ariel, Sean9898, LordD doing (and such wonderful jobs of that) now!

Maybe somebody could do a program to track the wars and peaces, but u still need to save the game often

If you mean Van Barels question (?) the reason, as I've read it, is that there was originally intention to but in the end no time to implement the history page in a good, bugfree way. Thus it was scrapped form the game.
Possibly it will be implemented in an expantion, but last thing I heard from Paradox about it was that it was not on the list of things to do.
