100% And it has actual changes rather than just fixes, at least I immediately noticed that "Bend Broken Will" now is free action ability in first battle after update.

Do people think that a Dragon Lord should switch to the Spellblade instead of trying to be the New Elementist? With how much they seem to focus on all their active abilities and applying stacking debuffs for greater power (which are increasingly easy to remove & cleanse), I'm not sure that it works well for someone trying to use the Dragon Breath as a Nuke, while a Spellblade gets bonuses for both arcane damage and melee damage, gives you an option for a critical hit build, and gives you better increased resilance.
Doesn't help that I don't know yet what abilities like 'Elemental Mastery' actually do. The Hero Builder really is flawed in that if you try to pan over a highlighted word, it vanishes before you reach it.

The elementalist class has a lot of skills that apply effects to base attacks. For dragons that's their melee. So it can work rather well with dragon, plus since their breath counts as magic. Any skills that apply to magic also applies to their breath. Their breath can still do more damage than evocations if you grab the breath boosting signatures. I think dragon works well as an elementalist if you play as a dragon with the same damage channel as the discipline you take.
I'd like to see them rework spellblade in the future too. They've gotten better at making hero classes and this beta is proof of that. But beta classes do need some more tweaks.

Yeah but it is only on Discord, steam or reddit aren't participating either. My understanding all of this is a mix of pre-release crunch, summer vacations and our Community Ambassador tapped out (not 100% sure on the last one).

Not really, we're not really doing much on Archon Prophecy anymore. The 1.0 version has already gone through Certification and is ready for release, the Day 0/1 Patch is in Open Beta and being improved before going into Certification which only requires a handful of people. If things looked like what you imagine this close to a release we'd better freaking delay, cause we shouldn't be releasing anything.
