- 1 on time reduction for 10v10s

not sure who pushed this change but I can only assume it's because there wasn't a fix for keeping people from dropping, so reducing time in game = reducing total unit count over time. Still a really bad change, you had it right at 40 minutes. -1 -1 -1 -1 -1 -1 -1

The rest of the patch looks great and I have no complaints, thank you.

I could bet it will be only a few division being balanced... and not all. Or just no real Unit-Balance, but merely a few Units shifted around and/ or being upvetted/ price changed.

Wow... I was mainly correct with my prediction.

I agree with this, I know there is a bit of debate as to who is favoured in 40 minute games, but in my view any advantages conferred by the phase C units can be reduced by good play, which is surely what the game is about. That extra ten minutes give allied players time to deal with those phase C german assets, which then puts the germans at a severe risk of running out of troops/equipment. As it stands now, though, the game boils down to clock watching, and rush-rush-rush.
