I've a problem every time I launch the game through steam. It gets stuck on preparing to launch. I have restarted steam a few times, downloaded again after deleting files, and verified the cache a few times. Still stuck at launching

- Important: Go to '..\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\save games\' and copy all the save games you want to keep outside the folder.
- Go to your Steam Games library, right click on "Europa Universalis IV" and select "Delete content".
- Go to the steam installation folder at '..\Steam\SteamApps\common\', and check if the Europa Universalis IV folder is removed. If not, delete the entire folder.
- Go to '..\My Documents\Paradox Interactive\' and remove the entire Europa Universalis IV folder.
- Install the game, make sure you install the game outside the 'C:\Program Files\' or 'C:\Program Files (x86)\' folders, as it can cause issues with permissions.
