Playing Germany. April 14th 1938 and still no Anschluss event ? Is this common ? Thanks in advance.

Anschluss should happen pretty regularly if you have kept things reasonably historical as Germany. I forget if this is an exact event or something that occurs within a time frame, so you might just need to be patient. Also, if you or Austria are at war (not with eachother, just with anyone else), the event will not fire.
