No "child of concubine" trait if one condition is met

Description​

If you make ur concubine pregnant and send her away before you know that she's pregnant, she then sends you a letter saying that the child won't be a bastard because she got pregnant during her "official" status.
Then the child doesn't get any bad traits at all.

And I also have a different question, but I don't know if it's a bug or not -- I didn't play CK3 for almost a year.
I remember that with friends and foes house feuds and scheme to make relations lower towards rivalry were added.
I don't see anything like that now, also without mods (all DLC's are enabled). Does it work, or I just have some memory issues?

I am not a native English speaker. Already regret all of my mistakes, hope you can understand me well enough.

Steps to reproduce​

1) Lay down with your concubine
2) Immediately send her away
3) ...
4) Fully legitimate child.
