No Coat of Arms visible

You obviously are missing a coat of arms for that duchy

Go to Crusader kings/gfx/coa folder and see if you have a bmp file in there called VAST

If not, just copy a bmp-file from in that folder and rename it VAST

lots of times if you just exit the game and come back problems are fixed.
