No Continue after completing a mission?! Maybe need a new patch to bring this back??

Awwww, I just discovered that there's no continue function after completing a mission in Majesty 2! This is like one of my favorite feature of Majesty, how I can build a big city, and make all my heroes really strong and incredibly rich...why didn't Majesty 2 keep this?
I think Paradox developers should make another patch to get this function back, anyone agrees with me?

The patch cannot fix that because that it is in the nature of the game, not in some 1 feature that can be fixed with a patch. Sorry.

I guess I need to find a mission and don't complete the objectives, then I can play as long as I like? But gosh, continue after mission is such an awesome feature
