No Excel

Hi, I have a problem with all of my Hoi2 installs on my hard drive (normal, Kaisseraich, 33 mod, 1914 etc, etc...). When the final stage of loading a scenario or a save game file happens, it gives an error that file called "Excel" or something like that cannot be loadet.

The most stranges thing is that it is happening on all of my Hoi 2 installs, rendering my ability to play the game useless .

Is this a problem that can be fixed?
