btw u should just build IC in every province which has 4 IC or more, till late 1937, and build infra in Berlin up until it's 200%. These lvl 2 medium tanks are plain useless when the war breaks out and will waste loads of IC updating...

What des that mean? That no tank division is finished before Aug 16?
Not very familar with the game yet. I was not playin seriously really, just messing around and testing.
Well, it just means that if you want to build up an army as efficiently as possible, you wait with building medium tanks till you researched basic medium tank.
That would be somewhere in late 1938, and you fill the entire production qeue on jan. 1936 with IC's in every province above 4 IC. By that I mean about 17-18 series of 2 factories, one series in each province over 4 IC.
However, if you want, I could PM you with some hints and tips to make the learning curve less steep for ya... since this is rather off topic isn't it? :rofl:

Thanks thanks, but I know this. I was going to DOW the entire world with Germany in January 1936 for testing purposes . What is efficient then is a very different matter from what is efficient if the war starts in 1939, as you have taken for granted.
I'm not sure but you guys seem to misunderstand my point.
This is my point:
Why does the tank division which is finished in Jun 16 cost the very same IC as the one that is finished much later in Aug 16? I have increased the speed of the production, but at no cost it seems. When I tried to increse the production speed of forts and IC for example the IC cost incresed accordingly.
As was mentioned before, there is a fixed retooling time, before production starts.
(where the logistics are beeing prepared - people hired to work in the factories etc)
As the production starts AFTER this retooling time, the Accelerated production kicks in there - just wait until production starts and you are good to go.
