Was hoping to play a mp agian after i picked up the game last month after not playing it for months again. Now VN is back up , i tried to join a game , but when trying to join i get the msg that there was no game found. WE both had same patch andso. Other ppl trying to join got the same msg. When i tried to host a game , they all had the same msg, no game found.

This a game related bug? or has it to do with VN?

This symptom usually indicates that the host is behind a router and hasn't opened the ports needed for HoI play. The router needs to be told to direct incoming traffic on those ports to the host PC. See the sticky threads for more details.

But when i try to host a game ppl can't join either, they get the same msg, and i'm not behind a router or anything like that
 
Im having the same problem :(
When my friend tries to connect he gets a message "No game found on host"
Or something like that.I get the same message to if i try to join his game.
Both of us have our Firewall closed and are not behind a router.

your friend and you need to restart your comp when this happens, dont ask me why, but it works for my friend and me.... sry for my english :D
