I have no listed applicants when go to send a passenger rocket with my new sponsor. I have everything else working as expected. It shows I have a pool of applicants (300) and I have cleared the filter and it shows a selection has been made of random picks and I can send the rocket and get colonists.

Any ideas what I missed or screwed up ?
