No Music But Sfx Ok

hi ,

have a problem that the music does not play SFX and music lvls both set to 99 . HOI settings shows music enabled .

After a random amount of time usually more than 1 hour the music starts of its own accord .????

1.05c patch

i have tried it on a freshh install of xppro and same thing happens .

please help
